Hiring: Lead Engineer (Contract) – Remote | South Africa

Saint Rock Media is looking for a Lead Engineer to optimize technical workflows for live, virtual, and hybrid events. This contract role (March 1 – May 31, 2025) focuses on standardizing event production processes, defining event tiers, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & refine 10 to 15 workflows for event production
✅ Define event tiers with budgetary breakdowns (6–9 total)
✅ Standardize technical roles & responsibilities (up to 20 roles)
✅ Establish media asset management & equipment procurement processes
✅ Participate in 1 to 3 events (each separately contracted, each separately paid) for workflow validation

Commitment & Deliverables:
Meetings: 2x per week (1 hour each)
Slack: 24-hour response time for non-live event queries
Deliverables: Workflow documentation, templates, labor grids, and process audits
