REFRIGERATION GAS TECHNICIAN Jobs in Home Based at VUNANIINVESTMENT
We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain and repair refrigeration systems in our organization.
The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, doing repairs, and performing preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.
Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of the functioning of refrigeration units, the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, and an understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
The role of the Refrigeration Technician is to ensure that all refrigeration systems are operating efficiently and safely, contributing to the success of our business.
Responsibilities
Inspecting and troubleshooting refrigeration systems and their components (e.g. heat exchangers)
Performing preventative maintenance to refrigeration systems
Repairing or replacing defective equipment, components, or wiring
Testing refrigeration systems for leaks
Installing new refrigeration systems
Regularly cleaning equipment and work areas
Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
Maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Refrigeration Technician registered with SAQCC
Must have a minimum of 5 years or more relevant experience
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components
Ability to read blueprints and electrical and electronic schematics
Ability to handle physical workload and work in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skill
