Job Description
To deliver reception and/or switchboard duties in order to respond to visitors, clients and other related queries and administration duties accurately and timeously.
Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities
Ensuring Hyperion packs are accurately compiled, reviewed and submitted timeously for Actual results
Dealing with Internal and Group related Hyperion queries timeously
Ensuring that Operational reporting is optimised for the Dealer network (Flash, Management Accounts)
Supporting the dealer networks control environment by ensuring regulatory and compliance related reporting is accurate and timeously submitted (RCSA – Regulatory Control Self-Assessment and FICA)
Ensuring that BEE and Sustainability related reporting is accurate and timeously submitted
Working with the Operational Finance teams in the Retail network to ensure timeous forecast submissions onto Hyperion (bi-annually)
Working with the Operational Finance teams in the Retail network to ensure timeous Budget submissions onto Hyperion (Annually)
Supporting the Senior Reporting Financial Manager with FRRC (Finance Risk Committee) and Board pack preparation on a quarterly basis
Analysing Internal Control risk in the dealer environment through the RCSA process
Co-ordinating the annual audit requirements for the dealer network
Supporting the Senior Reporting Financial Manager with the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements on an annual basis
Co-ordinating tax related reporting and queries for the Dealer network
Qualifications and Experience
Studying toward or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BCOM Accounting)
3 -5 years’ experience in the Finance Function
Experience in Hyperion
A valid South African driver’s license
