Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Ballito, with some work-from-homeflexibility. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showing properties, and negotiating property sales. The role involves building and maintaining a client base, providing tailored consultancy and advisory services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular use of the company’s CRM system to track interactions and progress will be required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with the local real estate market in Ballito
A valid real estate license
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Customer-centric mindset with high levels of professionalism
