Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Property Practitioner at Rawson Property Group located in Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, Pretoria. As a Property Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the real estate industry as a Property Practitioner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate or property management
