We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Management Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee the maintenance operations of our residential properties. In this role, you will coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, ensure the proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and uphold safety standards across all properties. Your leadership will drive efficient maintenance procedures, manage projects, and maintain high-quality service to preserve property value and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams, ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and longevity.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate projects related to property upgrades or repairs by managing timelines, budgets, and resources while communicating progress to investors.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify potential issues early and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime or hazards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory levels, and safety reports in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising maintenance teams within a management or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems—including HVAC system repair—and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in electrical systems repair.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to maintenance environments.
- Experience managing projects using project management principles; ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and investor engagement.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Ability to read technical schematics and diagrams related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Valid technical certifications or licenses relevant to facilities maintenance are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
