Canvassing Manager – Home Improvement Leads (Inland Empire / Pomona Valley/Palmdale-Lancaster)
AOT Marketing is opening a new door-to-door territory covering Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona, Montclair, Claremont, Upland, and surrounding cities, and we’re looking for a Canvassing Manager to build and run it from day one.
We generate free-estimate appointments for multiple licensed general contractors doing roofing, windows, insulation, and energy-efficiency upgrades. Homeowners get a real product with financing options. Your team gets a proven pitch, real training, and a clear path to earn. This is a ground-floor role – we’re looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the company as we open more territories.
What you’ll do
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of 6–8 canvassers
- Meet your team at our Woodland Hills office or other pick-up locations each shift and drive them to the territory in the company vehicle
- Run the shift in the field: territory assignment, ride-alongs, on-the-spot coaching
- Track appointments set, show rates, and per-canvasser numbers; report daily to ownership
- Hand quality leads to dispatch and keep the pipeline clean
- Keep a professional, respectful presence in every neighborhood
Who you are
- Ambitious and hungry – you want to build something and move up, not just clock in
- 2+ years leading a door-to-door or field sales team (solar, roofing, pest, alarms, telecom – any of it counts)
- You’ve personally knocked doors and can still show a new hire how it’s done
- Comfortable with phone apps for GPS check-ins and lead entry
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record (you’ll be driving the company vehicle)
- Reliable way to get yourself to the Woodland Hills office
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Tagalog a plus
Pay & schedule
- Base salary + commission on appointments your team sets + bonuses on jobs your team’s leads close
- Sunday–Thursday, afternoon to evening shifts – Fridays and Saturdays off
W-2 employee, workers’ comp covered, company vehicle provided for crew transport
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
