Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery using power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and meeting production specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents and completing work orders accurately and efficiently to produce top-quality products
- Perform heavy-lifting and manual handling tasks safely
- Conduct quality checks and audit product specifications to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper safety gear usage, material handling and forklift operation
- Assist team in process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting lean manufacturing practices
- Managing inventory movement within the warehouse and factory floor safely and efficiently
Experience
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a solid understanding of production processes
- Hands-on experience with assembly operations, mechanical aptitude, and the use of hand and power tools
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing documentations and measurement techniques
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including forklift operation and material handling
- Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to process changes and contribute to continuous improvements efforts
- Warehouse experience involving inventory management, material handling or logistics is advantageous

Pay: $18.50 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
