Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Enforce food safety standards in production food and maintianing health guidlines
- Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards
- Monitor and lead production team and equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and waste logs for continuous improvement initiatives
