What You’ll Do
As an Enhancement Crew Leader, you’ll lead a crew responsible for landscape enhancements, hardscapes, drainage, and landscape construction projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and directing a landscape enhancement crew each day
- Planning the work and establishing an efficient order of operations for each property
- Installing and maintaining landscapes and hardscapes according to project plans and customer expectations
- Performing and overseeing work such as seeding, sodding, planting, mulching, drainage, walls, patios, and walkways
- Operating landscaping tools, equipment, and small construction equipment
- Maintaining a productive pace while ensuring quality workmanship
- Making sure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- Communicating professionally with customers and providing an excellent customer experience
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Developing your leadership and technical skills as you grow with the company
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and is a leader in the field. Requirements for the position include:
- At least 1 year of lawn or landscape experience
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license with no major driving infractions within the past 3–5 years
- Ability to drive a company vehicle to customer locations
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers
- Ability to lead a crew and establish an efficient workflow
- Experience with landscape and/or hardscape installation
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and small construction equipment
- Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 85 pounds
- Professional attitude and appearance
- English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus
