As a Service Technician, you will oversee technical operations, mentor team members, and ensure customer satisfaction through top-tier service delivery. Your expertise will directly impact our reputation for quality and reliability. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour and is based on experience. Also after one year you get a week paid vacation and after 2 years you get a second week.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely and efficient repair or installation of appliances and equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics, ladder diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs, assembly, and maintenance tasks with precision.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including work performed & parts used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, equipment troubleshooting, or field service roles.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; delivery driver experience is a plus.
