Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive direct sales of their OTC product range to independent pharmacies and dispensing doctors across the Free State and Northern Cape region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results driven individual to build and nurture strong relationships with key healthcare professionals while managing and growing a designated sales territory.
Role is based in Bloemfontein.
Requirements :
A Diploma or Degree.
At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
A passion for building relationships and driving sales in the healthcare industry.
The role requires travel within your designated territory including both planned and adhoc business trips.
Regular overnight stays away from home are expected.
A valid drivers license and a reliable motor vehicle are essential for this position.
Responsibilities but not limited to :
Sales Growth :
Achieve and consistently exceed set sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.
Strategy Implementation :
Drive the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the needs of your territory.
Territory Management :
Plan and manage your sales territory through thorough analysis customer targeting and optimizing call coverage to maximize opportunities.
Customer Relationship Building :
Cultivate and maintain strong lasting relationships with key customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Support :
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries resolving issues promptly and offering continuous support.
Expense Management :
Efficiently manage and control territory expenses to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
Data and Reporting :
Compile update and share a comprehensive database of targeted customers and industry contacts regularly.
Compliance :
Adhere to Pharmacovigilance policies and company procedures to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.
Call Rate Achievement :
Meet the daily call rate as outlined by management to ensure consistent outreach and sales performance.
