We’re looking for…

A highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced property company in Sandton. You’ll be responsible for proving administrative support directly, playing a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

Managing daily correspondence – emails, phone calls, and messages

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel plans

Assisting with both business and personal administrative tasks

Maintaining records and managing office filing systems

Preparing documents, reports, and meeting agendas

Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and follow-ups

Requirements

Boxes to tick…

Matric

3+ years PA, Admin or Office Support experience

Tech-savvy – comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and general office systems

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

● Proficient in CRM systems ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous
