My client is looking for a Spare Parts Specialist.
Spare parts application handling, outbound, delivery, trace and update in Spare Parts Management System
Responsibilities
- Receive good parts, inbound and update in Spare Parts Management System
- Receive faulty parts, inbound and update in Spare Parts Management System
- Outbound/Inbound order handling, update in Spare Parts Management System
- Return faulty parts to China for repair regularly. Trace applicant to return faulty parts.
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly. Monitor regional and central warehouse inbound and outbound, make sure physical parts same with Spare Parts Management System
- Carry out stocktaking and submit stocktaking report before end of each month; Find out the reason for discrepancy.
- Prepare for SPMS delivery monthly (or weekly) report as customer’s requirement.
- Support all spare parts related business in responsible regions.
Qualifications
- Gade 12 and relevant degree/diploma
- Major in logistics management, supply chain, and communications is preferred.
The successful candidate will be employed by BLU based on site with our client.
