What You’ll Do:
- Generate new residential roofing leads
- Perform roof inspections and property assessments
- Meet homeowners and guide them through the insurance/restoration process
- Build relationships and close deals
- Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout projects
- Represent a trusted local company with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Door-to-door or commission sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
