Duties and Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting our products and services, and closing sales with finesse.
Your primary duties will include:
– Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers.
– Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
– Presenting product features and benefits persuasively.
– Closing sales and achieving targets with enthusiasm.
Experience and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you’ll need to have:
– A valid South African ID.
– At least one year of experience in an outbound call center environment. – Direct Marketing.
– Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (Non-negotiable)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
– Must reside in or around Northern Suburbs Cape Town
