A highly skilled and proactive Operations Manager to take charge of the daily operations, safety, and upkeep of our property portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strategic thinking, practical know-how, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Exceptionally organised with excellent planning and coordination skills
Comfortable negotiating and managing supplier/service provider relationships
Hands-on and proactive with a practical approach to maintenance and repairs
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities across properties
What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across all properties
Negotiating and managing contracts with service providers and contractors
Inspecting facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinating and managing renovations, upgrades, and refurbishments
Planning and overseeing maintenance schedules and repair work
Conducting routine property and safety inspections
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Acting as liaison with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements

Matric
3+ years proven experience in operations, facilities, or property management
Familiar with building safety regulations and compliance standards
Driver’s license and own transport – advantageous
