Oil Rig Hand Jobs in Conrad, MT at Foothills Rig Service Inc.
Foothills Rig Service is hiring full-time Rig Hands to join our crew. We perform oilfield well servicing and plugging and abandonment operations throughout Montana.
This is physically demanding work that requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and a commitment to safety. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable and eager to learn.
This is also a great opportunity for someone who is new to the workforce or the oilfield industry. The job provides hands-on experience in a wide range of skills that can be valuable throughout your career and carry with you as you move forward in the workforce.
Job Duties
- Assist with daily rig operations and well servicing activities.
- Handle pipe, tools, equipment, and other materials.
- Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment.
- Perform general labor and maintenance around the rig and job site.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from the crew.
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Dependable and willing to learn.
- Previous oilfield experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
