What Will I Do?
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric populations including Developmental Delay, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Genetic and Congenital Disorders, Feeding Disorders, and more.
- Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans to ensure motivating and effective therapy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible treatment is provided.
What Qualifications Do I Need?
- Completion of Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice as an OT in the state of Virginia (or eligible to obtain).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- New grads are welcome!

Pay: Up to $92,000.00 per year
