What will you do?
Represents and sells the company’s goods and/or services by visiting companies and obtaining orders. Promotes sales by introducing the products with the use of presentation/display techniques. Keeps immediate superior informed of competitor action and customer status. Is expected to achieve pre-set sales targets. In-depth knowledge of specialty products and their application.
Qualification and Experience
NQF4/Matric/Standard 10
FAIS Credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending On Dofa)
Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed
NQF 5 & NQF 6 advantageous
Must have your own motor vehicle
Valid code B driver’s license
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry.

Deliverables Include, But not Limited to
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to:
To deliver on business strategies and key deliverables
Recruitment of own team
To ensure that the team adheres to compliance regulations
To coach and mentor all team members to ensure high quality standards
To analyse performance data and present findings to senior management
Ensure team enablement to perform at optimal level
Assist your team to build their own insurance portfolios
Communicate effectively with your team, management and internal stakeholders
Provide ongoing system and product support
Turnaround time
