Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Cape Town. Responsibilities include identifying and building client relationships, promoting the unique offerings of Village n Life’s diverse portfolio, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance business opportunities. The role also involves negotiating contracts and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial engagement to post-sale services.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Marketing expertise, including strategies for promoting services and developing business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in research, forecasting, and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software is desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
