Membership Team Leader/Sales Manager
Golf is one of the few sectors that continues to show a consistent growth in the leisure and retail sector.
At MoreCorp, we believe in helping friends and enabling them to enjoy their golf and cycling lifestyle more, by getting them to play better, cycle further and have more fun.
We are looking for highly self-motivated and goal driven individuals to manage our golf sales team. Passion, energy, and a positive attitude are key attributes that we look for.
Career coaching and training will be provided. If you have the desire to learn and earn-we will guide you and help you to reach your teams goals.
Requirements
Ideally a minimum of 5 year’s direct sales experience
Minimum 5 years golf knowledge and/or experience is essential.
Minimum of 2-5 years managerial experience of managing 10 or more people.
Strong communication skills and ability to build and strengthen relationships.
Own vehicle essential

Managing a team of 8-10 people
Achieving monthly budgets and sales targets
Networking, lead generation and follow ups.
