They are seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager
, responsible for leading the communication and marketing strategy with the strategic objective of deepening client relationships and achieving business goals and growth ambitions.
About the role
The purpose of this role is to support the Project Managers within Operations (Com 1.4.1 and Com 1.4.2) in fulfilling marketing and communications plans, set up by the Marketing Business Partners, Consultants, and Managing Editors. The role involves project management tasks related to layout and design aligned with corporate design standards.
Key tasks:
Creating illustrations, key visuals, and conducting picture research
Supervising the image database
Managing corporate advertising
Supervising internal Medienpool
Developing corporate design and layout
Coordinating with agencies aligned with the company’s brand management
Possessing a completed design education degree (Media & Design or other relevant fields)
Having practical experience as a media and graphic designer
Understanding the company’s brand and design strategy
Having good knowledge of various design programs (such as InDesign, etc.)
Being service and customer-oriented
Being creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Paying strong attention to detail and adapting between activities requiring higher creativity and those prioritizing organization and clarity
