We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role blends online marketing, in-person customer engagement, and creative marketing initiatives to drive sales and promote KandHGroup’s products. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, has strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in both digital and face-to-face sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell KandHGroup products through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and direct in-person sales.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations with potential clients.
Attend local events, markets, or pop-ups to represent the brand and increase visibility.
Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and build long-term client relationships.
Track sales activities, generate reports, and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Knowledge and understanding of POS Systems, Affiliate Marketing and E-commerce workflows.
