About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who is creative, detail-oriented, and energized by the idea of building something great. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our marketing team and leadership, helping to execute campaigns, create content, manage projects, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, etc.)

Create, edit, and manage marketing content (blogs, newsletters, case studies, social posts)

Manage and update our social media accounts and posting calendar

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience preferences

Help with reporting and tracking marketing metrics and KPIs

Support event planning and coordination (webinars, virtual events)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging

Provide general administrative support to the marketing department

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

Comfortable with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot (or similar)

Highly organized with strong project management skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change

Bonus points if you have experience in the legal or staffing industry!
