RAND PV is a rapidly growing U.S. manufacturer of electrical equipment used in utility-scale solar power installations throughout North America. We design and manufacture high-quality products, and other electrical equipment that supports some of the nation’s largest renewable energy projects.

No electrical experience is required—we will train the right person.
Position Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will perform a variety of duties supporting production and manufacturing operations, including:
- Assemble electrical and electronic components
- Build utility solar electrical equipment from engineering drawings and work instructions
- Install wiring, terminals, switches, breakers, bus bars, and electrical hardware
- Perform light mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Pick and stage materials for production
- Receive and organize inventory
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing facility

Training is provided.
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
