Manager in Training/Store Sales – Madison Jobs in Dane County, WI at Hallman/Lindsay Paints, LLC
Hallman/Lindsay Paints, a growing Wisconsin-based paint manufacturer is excited to announce that we are looking for people who have an entreprenurial spirit to join our team in Madison. No evening, Saturday afternoon or Sunday hours.
Paint industry or related experience is preferred. The Manager in Training must have a customer-driven focus in their individual efforts to meet and exceed the highest levels of service expected by the customer. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing along with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Your training will include:
- Learning the daily operations of our retail stores and delivering exceptional customer service
- Building relationships with professional contractors, homeowners, architects, and industrial customers
- Developing product knowledge and technical expertise in the coatings industry
- Understanding inventory management, merchandising, sales, and store operations
- Working alongside experienced outside sales representatives to learn how we grow customer relationships and expand our business
- Spending time at our corporate office in Sun Prairie to see how departments such as manufacturing, customer service, marketing, purchasing, finance, and operations work together to support our stores
- Participating in leadership development, problem solving, and decision-making opportunities

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
