Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform maintenance operations across 5 Key West properties (residential apartments and small hotels). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in various handyman skills and hands-on project management. The Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional at all times.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs on the company’s properties. These include but are not limited to appliance repair, window & door repair, painting, patching walls, and general plumbing and electric.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption to residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of various handyman skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, climbing stairs, maneuvering around tight spaces
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Primary consideration given to those with experience in hospitality and ability to speak more than one language.

Pay: $23.00 – $31.00 per hour
