THE JOB AT A GLANCEYou will be responsible for tasks related to maintenance and the general upkeep of the entire plant.
This role involves ensuring documentation of all maintenance activities is current and properly stored.
You will devise maintenance plans to mitigate breakdowns, including maintenance protocols for all machinery and daily upkeep for non-mechanical maintenance.
The Maintenance Coordinator must ensure compliance with the OHS Act to maintain a safe working environment.
Additionally, you will oversee Asset Care Management across the plant and ensure maintenance execution aligns with MECP principles.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DOPerform tasks related to machine availability.
Review, evaluate, and prioritize maintenance requests.
Coordinate rapid response teams for equipment repairs.
Regularly inspect sites, respond to requests, and assess current needs.
Implement and follow effective maintenance programs.
Maintain and report on the monthly budget.
Keep records of all maintenance logs for machinery.
Support the development and implementation of maintenance plans.
Understand and apply company Quality Control Standards.
Monitor maintenance supply inventory.
Ensure the MECP program is implemented in your area.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLEKey Professional Competencies Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
Experience / Qualification At least 5+ years of practical experience in a similar function, with a relevant degree or technical certification (Trade Test + N6).At least 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
