LOOKING FOR: Residential Cleaner
PAY: Starting Pay is approx. $27-30+ /hr, within 60 days be eligible to get bumped up to approx. $31 to $38/hr
LOCATION: Bailey, CO & Surrounding Areas
SHIFT: Flexible shift schedule – jobs are available every day of the week
HOURS: Full-time, Part-time, and flexible contract work is available

Duties:
- Perform a post-guest inspection – reporting any damage or lost items
- Provide a turnover cleaning – preparing the home for incoming guests
- Remake beds and wash laundry (many properties are set up with off-site laundry processing)
- Restock supplies and guest amenities
- Finish with a final staging check – making sure each home is in guest-ready condition
Requirements:
- 1+ Year house cleaning experience required (1+ year/s)
- Bonus points for vacation rental cleaning experience
- Have your own supplies and equipment
- Can pass a background check
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Detail oriented
- Reliable and dependable
- Motivated and hardworking
- Positive attitude
