We are seeking an experienced Administrative to join our property management team. CPO is currently offering a Retention Bonus of $2000 for all Full-Time hires. To be paid out 50% after 90 days of employment and the remaining 50% after 180 days.

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Administrator duties include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain accurate records in the company’s work order system
· Coordinate the PO approval process according to established procedures
· Manage incoming communications for the Maintenance department
· Maintain quality control over paperwork and provide feedback to the Maintenance team
· Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager
· Prepare documentation following agency visits
· Schedule subcontractors according to established policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associate degree preferred; years of experience may be substituted for education
· 2+ years of administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1 + years of property management experience
· 1+ years of affordable housing experience
· 1+ years of residential maintenance
· 1+ years of vendor relations
Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:

· Motor History Screen
*The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
