Job Summary
Medallion Pools is seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various machinery and equipment within our facility. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and the ability to work with electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze machine performance issues using tools such as ohmmeters and ammeters to diagnose electrical problems.
- Conduct electrical work safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Assist Production Manager with machine setups and calibrations.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices with a focus on machinery repair.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues using ohmmeters, ammeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Experience working with high voltage systems is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
- Able to work in collaboration with machine manufacturer tech support via phone messaging to perform diagnostics and repairs.

Pay for this position is hourly and will start between $21.65/ hour and $24.00/ hour.
