Audrey’s is part of Grace Management Group, a privately held group of gift, fragrance and accessories companies based in Spartanburg, SC. This position will be based at the Lebanon, PA distribution facility.
Job Brief
We are looking for a Lift Picker to be responsible for accurate picking.
This physically demanding job involves operating warehouse equipment, working with a team, and ensuring that all orders are correctly picked and shipped.
Lift Picker Duties and Responsibilities
Lift Picker responsibilities include locating the upper location for items on the picking list from the warehouse, checking items for any damage.
Our ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work at a fast pace, and are familiar with the use of RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Efficiently pick customer orders from order lists
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect items to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify the quantity and quality of items against order list
- Keep the working area clean and safe
- Report discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Worker, or similar role
- Experience driving a lift or cherry picker & ability to pass a recertification test
- Experience with RF scanners
- Physical stamina and strength to lift items up to 50 lbs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet all day
- No fear of heights
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
