About us
Stienhardt is a lab-grown diamond and fine jewelry brand. We sell through daily TikTok live auctions alongside our retail and wholesale operations. Live is one of our fastest-growing channels, and we’re hiring the person who will run it.
The role
You’ll own our TikTok Shop operation end to end and manage the fulfillment team that supports it. Everything from the moment a piece sells on a live stream to the moment it’s delivered and the order closes clean fulfillment, customer communication, disputes, inventory accuracy, and the health of our seller metrics.
This is a leadership role with a team under you, but it isn’t a desk job. You’ll be in the room, hands on diamonds and fine jewelry, running the floor during our biggest sale nights.
What you’ll own
Team
- Manage and schedule our packing team; assign daily work and keep the queue moving
- Train new packers on handling, verification, and packing standards for high-value goods
- Set quality expectations and hold the team to them
- Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations
- Run the floor during peak sale events
Operations
- Seller performance: protect our late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, and response time — these directly drive how much reach our lives get
- Returns and disputes end to end: build the evidence, write the response, file appeals, escalate to TikTok seller support, follow through until resolved
- Customer inquiries across TikTok Shop: order questions, shipping issues, sizing, timelines
- Inventory: daily reconciliation against sold items, flagging gaps and discrepancies immediately
- Live support: stage inventory before shows, log items and prices sold during the stream, flag when a host sells something we don’t have
- Reporting: surface recurring complaints, pricing problems, and inventory patterns to leadership
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in e-commerce operations or fulfillment, including at least one year managing people
- Hands-on experience in a seller dashboard TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Shopify
- Strong written communication; you’ll be writing dispute rebuttals that need to be clear, specific, and firm
- Precise with high-value inventory you count carefully and reconcile without being reminded
- Steady when several things are urgent at once, and able to keep a team steady with you
Nice to have
- Direct TikTok Shop seller experience
- Jewelry, watch, or other high-value goods handling
- Experience with insured shipping and carrier claims
Compensation and requirements
- $70,000/year salaried
- Background check required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Pay: $62,874.77 – $72,000.00 per year
