Line Cook/Chef Jobs in Aliquippa, PA at JW Hall’s Steak & Seafood Inn
Responsibilities include food prep and cooking, working the line, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with staff at all levels, and ensure our customers have a pleasant dining experience, with all plates properly cooked and served on time.
Work schedule includes day, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year proven work experience in kitchen role as a cook. Additional years strongly preferred
- Team player with excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic & reliable
- High volume kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- ServSafe Certified is a plus
- Allergen Awareness training is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work the line
- Food prep and cooking
- Check food plating and temperature
- Prep work and food plating techniques
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.34 – $18.13 per hour
