Bala CBT, a small private practice, is actively looking to hire a Licensed Psychologist in the area. We are looking for someone who is experienced in using evidence-based therapy to treat children, adolescents, and adults.

Requirements
– Fully licensed in Pennsylvania; preference given to those with PsyPact certification
– PhD or PsyD in Psychology and clinical psychotherapy experience
– Experience conducting intakes, maintaining progress notes and other essential documentation, and collaborating with other professionals on behalf of clients
– Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
– Experience treating anxiety disorders using evidence-based treatment, such as CBT, ERP, and ACT
– Preference given to those competent in treating OCD and OCD Related Disorders
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Hands-on experience in crisis intervention and managing emergency mental health situations
– Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy remotely in compliance with HIPAA standards
