Licensed Insurance Sales Producer – Remote Available$19–$22/Hour Base Pay + Up to 20% Commission + Bonuses
Are you an experienced, licensed insurance professional looking for a sales position with strong earning potential?
Pompa Lewis Insurance Services is looking for a motivated, experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position offering a guaranteed hourly base of $19–$22 per hour PLUS commission of up to 20%, along with additional bonus opportunities.
This is a production-focused sales role.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience
- Proven insurance sales experience
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
- Experience quoting and selling Auto, Home and other P&C products
- Strong phone, communication and closing skills
- Ability to independently manage leads, follow-up and a sales pipeline
- Ability to consistently achieve production goals
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based sales environment
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but is not required.
Compensation
- $19–$22/hour base pay
- Commission up to 20%

Our compensation structure rewards production. Top-performing producers can earn up to 20% commission, in addition to their hourly base pay and bonus opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Sell & Advise: Connect with prospects and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, provide quotes and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Work Sales Opportunities: Consistently work inbound and outbound opportunities through phone, text, email and other lead sources. We provide opportunities—you bring the persistence, follow-through and ability to close.
Build Relationships: Deliver a high-touch customer experience that turns prospects into long-term clients and creates opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and accurately track activity, opportunities and customer information using our CRM and agency systems.
