About the Role:
Are you friendly, numbers-driven, and able to hold a great conversation over the phone? Octane Marketing is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on engaging with people, warming up prospects, and driving campaign performance.
You’ll be the first touchpoint in the client journey – responsible for conducting surveys, qualifying leads, and generating high-quality prospects for a range of campaigns. If you’re well-spoken, target-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Surveying: Make daily outbound calls to conduct surveys and uncover potential interest in client offerings.
Lead Qualification & Warming: Engage with prospects in a friendly, professional manner to qualify leads and warm them up for our clients’ sales teams.
Target-Driven Outreach: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, and call talk time.
Campaign Adaptability: Work across various campaigns with changing qualification criteria – quickly adapting to different products and client requirements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team leads and fellow agents to share feedback, refine techniques, and drive campaign success.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone presence.
Driven by numbers – you get excited by meeting goals and seeing results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment.
Experience in sales, call centers, or customer engagement is a plus.
Strong listening skills and ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.
Confidence in handling objections and qualifying potential customers.
