**$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**
We’re seeking a self-driven, experienced Lead Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in remodels, home additions, deck construction, and other small projects. The right candidate will play a key role in planning and managing projects.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and own tools. Starting pay listed below is for the right candidate, with additional compensation to follow, based on experience and performance.
Will provide a company truck for the right candidate.
Duties
-Perform hands-on construction work including framing, remodeling, and deck building
-Visit job sites to assess project needs and gather information
-Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
-Demolish structures or prepare job sites for construction
-Communicate with clients and team members throughout the project
