Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscape Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves performing various tasks related to the upkeep and enhancement of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that landscapes are aesthetically pleasing and healthy.
Duties
- Operate power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks.
- Perform groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Provide tree care services, including pruning and planting.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other plants as required.
- Conduct regular lawn care activities such as fertilization, aeration, and weed control.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks including mulching, weeding, and irrigation system management.
- Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Dig trenches for planting or irrigation purposes as needed.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools related to landscaping work.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and best practices.
- Experience with tree care methods and plant health management.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance practices including planting and pruning.
- Strong understanding of lawn care principles including pest management and soil health.
- Ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Skills in hardscape installation techniques are a plus.
- Competence in irrigation system installation and maintenance is desirable.

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
