SALARY: Experience dependant.
We are looking for a kitchen assistant for our Rivonia store who will be responsible for the following duties:
– Assist the Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals
– Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times
– Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to
– Assist in the ordering and stocking of kitchen supplies
– Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals
– Assist in the plating and presentation of meals
– Make sure the kitchen and all utensils are kept clean and tidy at all times
– Assist customers as needed
– Serve food to customers when required
– Help in store if required
– Punctual
– Must be honest and reliable
– Must maintain excellent hygiene
