Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual ready to kickstart your career? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Junior Office Administrator / Receptionist to join us in Fourways. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent school leaver or graduate to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Perform a range of basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office, including filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Reception Duties: Be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. Greet visitors, answer and direct calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Client Relations: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Order Management: Assist with processing client orders, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
General Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed, assisting with various projects and tasks.
Requirements:
Must reside in the Fourways area or surrounding suburbs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior office experience is a plus but not a requirement.
