Position: GUESTHOUSE MANAGER
GUESTHOUSE MANAGER (Live-In Position) Limpopo, South Africa
Salary: R15 000 – R17 000 per month (Live-in)
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and service-driven Guesthouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury guesthouse and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team leadership.
-Oversee all day-to-day guesthouse operations
-Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
-Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally
-Supervise and manage housekeeping and support staff
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
-Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
-Handle basic financial administration, reporting, and budgeting
-Ensure smooth operational flow and service excellence
-Proven experience in hospitality or guesthouse/hotel management
-Strong leadership and staff management skills
-High attention to detail and organisational ability
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
