Key Responsibilities
Perform essential housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms, handling laundry, and managing guest items
Follow detailed instructions and guidelines to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and service
Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, ensuring a respectful and efficient environment
Maintain excellent grooming, personal presentation, and work attire at all times
Demonstrate punctuality, flexibility, and strong time management skills, adapting to the fast-paced work environment
Split shifts may occur depending on scheduling; overtime is likely during the high season
A strong work ethic and high level of commitment are essential for success in this role
Learn and grow through hands-on experience, with opportunities for advancement in future seasons
Our Requirements
Must speak and understand English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Previous team experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service
Ready to work split shifts and handle overtime during the high season
Adaptable to a physically demanding role, demonstrating dedication and commitment
About The Position
Career Growth Opportunities: Internal exams after 12-16 weeks to specialize in positions such as Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, and more
Ongoing Development: Continuous training, feedback, and career advancement through the Alpina Housekeeping Training Academy
Working Hours: 43.5h/ week; Shifts include early mornings and nights, with overtime as required
Fair Compensation: A time management system ensures accurate payment for overtime and unused vacation days
Accommodation and Meals: Simple accommodations in the region and three meals a day (deduction applies)
