Applying candidate must be a team player with a good ethic. Responsibilities will include a variety of inventory detailed tasks. The right candidate must be personable and dependable, organized, and able to use a computer with preferred experience in MS Office. Overall experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, distribute, enter, and analyze Daily Cycle Counts for both the Stockton and Bethel locations.
- Generate, track, and close Work Orders for stock inventory fabricated parts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine potential causes for inventory variances, using Bills of Materials, ERP system, and face-to-face communication with responsible employees.
- Assist with all aspects of annual inventory counts in both Stockton and Bethel, including counting, auditing, count sheet distribution, data entry, investigations, and inventory variance analysis.
- Conduct emergency counts on various inventory items when issues present themselves that require immediate attention.
- Work with Purchasing Agents and the Purchasing Manager to identify potential inventory shortage issues, determine root cause, and establish protocols and procedures to prevent recurrence of those issues.
- Run Negative Inventory Reports to identify any potential issues in inventory tracking, investigate those issues, and assist in developing potential solutions.
- Perform Bin Refills for production locations including Suspensions, Bull Nose, Doors, Final, and Rear End Unit.
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
