What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Adventure):
Be the warm, professional voice on the other end of the line or inbox.
Help customers find their perfect product match (don’t worry — full training provided).
Process orders like a machine (a friendly one).
Team up with the external sales crew to make magic happen.
Keep your product knowledge sharp and your customer service sharper.
Make every customer feel like they’re your favourite (even if it’s Monday).
You’ll Totally Nail This Role If You Have:
✅ A matric certificate
✅ 2+ years of experience in sales, admin, or customer service
✅ The ability to multitask without crying
✅ Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup is not a type of yoga — but you know that, and you don’t even need to be on this level to apply)
✅ A friendly, confident manner — in person and in writing
