Position: Application Interface Designer (Intermediate UX Design) (ITC-54)
We are looking for an Intermediate UX Designer who will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences by conducting user research, creating wireframes, and testing usability. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile development environments, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and designing user-centric, intuitive interfaces for complex IT systems.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills
User Research & Experience Design
Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, guiding the design process
Create wireframes and prototypes that reflect the user flow, ensuring easy navigation and intuitive user interfaces
Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance product accessibility and user satisfaction
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure the delivery of user-centric and scalable solutions
Collaboration in Agile Development Environments
Work in agile development environments, collaborating with engineering teams to implement design solutions
Contribute to design sprints, ensuring that UX considerations are integrated throughout the development cycle
Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals
Tools & Techniques
Utilize industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Sketch to create and iterate on designs
Develop high-fidelity designs, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality across web and mobile applications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Sketch
Experience working in agile development environments, collaborating closely with engineering teams
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and design best practices
