Job Overview- $600.00 BOOTH RENTAL WITH WASHER/DRYER, SHOWERS, ETC.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapies, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, to provide exceptional care for our clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting relaxation, pain management, and overall wellness through personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and conditions.
- Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support comprehensive patient care.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, including pain management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices.
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Previous experience in a med spa or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
