<Responsibilities>
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored instruction aligned with each student’s IEP and curriculum goals
- Support students with disabilities, including those with autism and developmental delays, in daily activities and learning tasks
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and classroom order
- Provide hands-on care for preschool and toddler-aged children, including Montessori or preschool methodologies when applicable
<Qualifications>
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially within special education or early childhood environments
- Background in early childhood education, preschool experience, or toddler care is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists
- Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere
