Elevated Industrial Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing industrial services organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and operations teams to align people strategies with business objectives while helping build a high-performance, accountable, and people-focused culture.

The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance, compensation planning, and workforce engagement.

This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in fast-paced industrial, construction, manufacturing, or field-services environments and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with operational and executive leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives, restructuring efforts, and change management activities.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve recruiting processes.
  • Support recruiting efforts for field, operational, and corporate roles.
  • Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-oriented work environment.

Performance Management & Development

  • Support performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development planning.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
  • Promote leadership development and employee training initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary planning, and incentive programs.
  • Partner with leadership on market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and enrollment support.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Continue and develop, as necessary, in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
  • Support HR reporting, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making. Provide interpretation to leadership as necessary.
  • Works with outside counsel and third-party professionals as requested by leadership and otherwise as needed.

Culture & Engagement

  • Help build and maintain a strong company culture aligned with Elevated Industrial Solutions’ values.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication efforts.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting operational or industrial workforces preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional productivity skills. Can be relied upon to get the job done accurately and on time.
  • Motivated self-starter who is confident and able to navigate and lead others through daily tasks, periodic updates to the business and change if required.
  • Strong team player both internally within the HR team and also with ownership, leadership and the business in general.
  • Experienced business acumen supported by interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Can negotiate conflict and lead conflict resolution while maintaining strong working relationships at all levels.

Preferred

  • Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, energy, or field-service industries.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-state operations.
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.

Pay: $67,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
